I recently took a brewery tour of the cozy microbrewery Bicycle Brewing in the Østerbro neighborhood of Copenhagen. I got a great insight into small-scale beer craftmanship and got to taste some great beer.

Yes, I own my company doing food tours in Copenhagen. I have one scheduled tour at the moment, that’s all about giving people some knowledge into Danish food and culture. My visit to Bicycle Brewing was, besides having great beer, to see if the brewery could fit into my plans of doing another tour were the emphasis will be on beer and food that goes well with drinking.
